Idea generation

￮ The scenario for the assignment is that your organisation is taking part in an initiative aimed at improving governance.

You should select specific issue for which you will implement a project to make an improvement.

This can be governance issue or one of the processes that supports the process (or anything related to the effectiveness of governance).

￮ You should analyse possible options (taking into account and applying best practices from the caselet given [Part A: i-v])

￮ You should explain how the actual impact of the project will be monitored and evaluated and how the results will be shown to those interested
